#7: Organize a Movie Marathon/Popcorn Party

We've spoken of the Samsung Smart TV integrating social networking into the TV experience. But the fun doesn't all have to be done online - you can invite friends and family to come over your place for a Samsung Smart TV experience via a Movie Marathon/Popcorn Party! You supply the totally awesome Samsung Smart TV, they supply the ooohs and ahhhs and envious looks when they see your Samsung Smart TV lording a good space in your living room. But yes, they must also supply the popcorns. :)

While popping the corns in the microwave and waiting for your other guests to arrive, you can take this time to show off the many tricks that your Samsung Smart TV can do. That should be good for a couple more ooohs and ahhhs, and some statements like:

Show them just how much you love your Samsung Smart TV by hissing 'My precioussss.....' while rubbing your Samsung Smart TV with your hands and mimicking a Gollum look. That should keep their expectations in check and make them want to visit the nearest Samsung retailer to get it for themselves instead. :)

When the popcorns are done and everyone is in and a movie to watch is selected (suggestions: LOTR, Spiderman Series, The Dark Knight, etc.) the show begins with the Samsung Smart TV at center stage, with everybody's eyes fixed on it. And then the movie starts and rolls, pictures crisp and clear, sounds booming, anticipation building, and the laughter and the good times with family and friends also begins.

ULTIMATELY and more than anything else, laughter and good times with family and friends is what a great viewing experience with Samsung Smart TV is all about.

Now there's a solution for those who say they can't keep a good conversation because they run out of things to say. OK, now going back to that video... Many hate it, others love it; still some others keep their thoughts to themselves (because they secretly like it! LOL!) But while it's fun to see that video on your PC or Mac, it will be an entirely different experience watching it from the Samsung Smart TV - like having 13-year old Ms. Black in your own living room. You get to tell her: Take the front seat! the front seat! Or after she sings "Saturday, Saturday", you can join in the chorus shouting Yeah!

Thought bubble: Given the many things one can do with a Samsung Smart TV, one can only imagine what dilemmas it will bring for Rebecca Black given that she can't even choose between the front seat or the back seat.
